Chris has guest Chef Cruz (@chefcruz585) from the forthcoming Shell Restaurant (@shellrestaurant) and pop-ups all over the ROC over to talk all about his journey and where things are heading.

They covered moving to Rochester and working his way up in various restaurants, to eventually conceiving his own restaurant concept Shell after being inspired by collaboration dinners with other chefs.
