In this episode of the Food About Town podcast, JJ Cutaia from Good Luck (and many more places!) and Chef Brian Arliss from Rohrbach Beer Hall on Railroad St came to the studio to talk food and drink pairing.
JJ and Brian are working on a new concept called Nebbia – a space focused around intentionally designed dishes by Brian to go along with pairings from JJ with tons of testing to give their guests an amazing experience.
This is Part 1 which covers us reviewing some of their pairings and pairing theory along with what the concept is all about. Part 2 will be coming next week with a post wine drinking, more wide ranging discussion!
