On this episode of the Food About Town podcast Jason Barrett and Luc Theirs from Black Button Distilling came over to the studio to talk about the first three years of the distillery and do a taste test of part of their product line.

We did a taste test of Black Button’s spirits including the original run of Wheat Vodka, the new 20 Plate Vodka, Citrus Gin, 4 Grain Bourbon, Bourbon Cream, Fast Ferry Fernet and the limited release of the Port finished Cask Strength Bourbon. Luc had some good thoughts on cocktail options and we went through some tasting notes and how the products developed.
