On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, owners Max Gordon, Marcus Lanier and Drew Nye from The Blossom Road Pub stopped over to talk about one of the newest additions to the North Winton Village area. Their bar features locally sourced pub style food, craft beers and a notably good whiskey selection.
The food they are making at The Blossom Road Pub isn’t fancy, but having a thoughtfully made menu with Headwater Food Hub sourcing in this neighborhood is a huge upgrade. The guys were nice enough to go through how the pub was formed, how they work together as a team and go through why they are doing what they are doing there.[powerpress]
The energy these guys have for running the pub is infectious and I can only hope that they keep up that enthusiasm as the years go on.
