On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, Jill Chodak from URMC called into the studio remotely to talk about nutrition and balance. We recorded this on March 21 in the time of the Coronavirus COVID-19 here in Rochester so please keep in mind that there will be some talk about that but we tried to bounce around to a bunch of nutrition topics as well.
