On this episode of the Food About Town podcast I sat down in the studio with Tom Fulton from the Korean Seoul Food BBQ Truck to talk about the food truck life in the ROC. Tom and his partner launched their food truck earlier this year at the Food Truck Rodeo which is a bit crazy, but a great way to get instant recognition and figure out how to make things work.
It was a pleasure getting to know Tom and learn about his experience working in the restaurant business for the last 20 plus years. I’ve enjoyed my limited experiences with the food from the truck so far and am looking forward to seeing what they have in store for us next year. Sounds like it might include homemade kimchi and gochujang if all goes well!
