For the second interview (and now podcast!) on Food About Town, I talked to owner Caleb Piron and chef/manager Christian Stark from Rosie’s Hot Buns about their new restaurant on Monroe Ave. I had been talking to Chris while getting food over the last month or so and it was nice to hear from Caleb and where he came from. We also talked out some of the launch issues and what they’ll be doing moving forward. I would definitely recommend stopping by to give Rosie’s a shot to try some tasty buns and see how they are progressing!
