On this episode of the Food About Town podcast, Brian Antinore and Jamie Hall from The Shore at The Inn on the Lake located on the water in Canandaigua came over to discuss the recent changes to the restaurant.
Brian, Jaime and I talked through the new menu concept, how they have started using much more local sourcing, and some of the finer points of service. We hit on some of the new cocktail program they put in as well as the more casual Sand Bar on site. Admittedly I haven’t been there yet, but after our talk I’m looking forward to making a trip out, sitting by the water and enjoying some of their fare.[powerpress]
